Pedi Pro United was not created overnight. It is the result of more than a decade of Erika Allison’s work within the advanced pedicure and professional foot care industry—as a service provider, educator, business owner, product developer, mentor, and industry advocate.
Throughout her career, Erika has contributed to the growth of advanced pedicure education while helping professionals expand their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and better understand their role within the larger foot care community.
But perhaps the greatest influence came from simply paying attention.
Over a ten-year span of educating professionals, Erika saw what her students needed beyond a certification or another class. They needed continued education. They needed access to different educators and techniques. They needed stronger relationships with podiatrists, foot care nurses, manufacturers, and other professionals. They needed opportunities to network, ask questions, discover products, build businesses, and continue growing long after the classroom ended.
She also recognized something bigger: no single educator, company, certification, or organization could provide everything this evolving industry needed.
Pedi Pro United was created to bring those pieces together.
It is a space where knowledge is not centered around one person or one way of doing things. Educators can teach. Brands can introduce solutions. Medical professionals can share their perspectives. Experienced professionals can contribute what they have learned. Newer professionals can find resources and community as they develop.

Pedi Pro United was created on the belief that education should always come first. Every aspect of the conference is intentionally designed to provide practical learning experiences, encourage professional growth, and create meaningful connections that continue long after the conference ends.
