Connect, learn, and participate in a focused professional experience.
Saturday, October 16, 2027, will be dedicated to vendors, networking, and speaking events. Approved vendors may participate without a set limit on the number of participating vendors.
Saturday Vendor Guidelines:
Vendor participation is available Saturday, October 16, 2027, only.
Vendors may sell or promote products and services in line with event guidelines.
Approved business-branded apparel is required.
Natural networking and professional conversations are encouraged.
Vendors may not interrupt presentations, speakers, educational activities, or the event agenda.
Aggressive sales tactics or solicitation are prohibited.
All Exhibitor and Walking Vendors must suspend sales and demonstrations from 1:00–2:30 PM during the scheduled Physician Panel and vendor lunch break.
Vendors may attend the panel or take lunch. All vendor activities resume at 2:30 PM.
Vendor Selection & Approval

Pedi Pro United™ is a curated professional industry event, not a general vendor marketplace. Our attendees come to discover products, equipment, services, innovations, and educational resources that support their professional development and business success. For that reason, we carefully select vendors whose offerings align with the professional interests and needs of our attendees.
Vendor Application & Approval Policy
All businesses must submit an application for consideration.
Applications are evaluated based on industry relevance, professional qualifications, ethical business practices, regulatory compliance, and fit with the event.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or participation.
All vendors must comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, professional regulations, and intellectual property protections.
Vendors must have appropriate ownership, licensing, or authorization for all products, educational materials, trademarks, and services they promote or sell.
Pedi Pro United™ reserves the right to consider documented professional misconduct, intellectual property violations, misleading business practices, or regulatory noncompliance when evaluating applications.
Food and beverage vendors are not accepted.
Vendor participation is available on Saturday only and is subject to approval.
Vendor participation is by approval only. Recommendations, referrals, professional affiliations, or previous participation do not guarantee acceptance.
Pedi Pro United™ reserves the right to approve or decline vendor applications based on event suitability, professional standards, and alignment with our mission, consistent with applicable law.
We prioritize vendors who demonstrate professionalism, ethical business practices, and a genuine commitment to advancing the foot care industry and providing value to attendees.
What Happens After You Apply?
Our team will review your application to determine whether your business aligns with the professional audience and objectives of Pedi Pro United™.
Approved applicants will receive additional information regarding vendor pricing, participation requirements, agreements, and payment instructions.
