Review Our Industry Partner Standards

Pedi Pro United™ is committed to building a professional, trustworthy resource for the advanced pedicure community.

Industry Partners are carefully considered to help ensure that the brands, products, services, and educational information featured through Pedi Pro United™ align with our professional standards and the needs of the community we serve.

Before applying, please review the following standards.

Professional Relevance

Industry Partners should offer products, services, technology, education, or professional resources that are relevant to the advanced pedicure, foot care, nail care, salon, spa, wellness, or related professional community.

Pedi Pro United™ reserves the right to determine whether a company, service, or product is appropriate for the platform.

Accurate Product Information

Industry Partners must provide current and accurate information regarding their products and services. This includes, when applicable:

  • Product descriptions
  • Ingredients
  • Intended use
  • Directions
  • Warnings
  • Contraindications
  • Professional-use requirements
  • Pricing
  • Shipping information
  • Product availability

Industry Partners are responsible for notifying Pedi Pro United™ when important product or company information changes.

Responsible Claims

Products and marketing materials must not contain false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims. Companies should be especially careful when making claims involving:

  • Disease
  • Infection
  • Medical conditions
  • Treatment
  • Healing
  • Cure
  • Prevention
  • Therapeutic outcomes
  • Professional or financial results

Pedi Pro United™ may request revisions to product descriptions or promotional language before content is published.

Professional Scope

Industry Partners should not encourage professionals to work outside of their education, credentials, licensing requirements, or legal scope of practice.

Products requiring specialized training, professional credentials, or restricted use should be clearly identified.

Pedi Pro United™ may request additional information when a product or service raises questions related to professional scope.

Product Safety

Industry Partners are expected to provide products that are appropriately manufactured, labeled, marketed, and sold for their intended use.

Companies should provide applicable safety information, instructions, warnings, and contraindications.

Pedi Pro United™ may decline products that create unnecessary safety concerns or do not align with responsible professional practice.

Industry Partners are responsible for providing reasonable and professional customer service. Because customers complete purchases directly through the Industry Partner, the company remains responsible for:

  • Payment processing
  • Inventory
  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipping
  • Tracking
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds
  • Product warranties
  • Customer concerns

Pedi Pro United™ does not manage customer transactions for Industry Partner products unless specifically stated otherwise.

Brand & Marketing Materials

Industry Partners must have permission to use all logos, images, product photography, trademarks, videos, descriptions, and other materials submitted to Pedi Pro United™. By providing approved marketing materials, the Industry Partner authorizes Pedi Pro United™ to use those materials for the purpose of promoting the partnership, featured products, and participating brand.

Professional Conduct

Industry Partners are expected to maintain professional conduct in their interactions with:

  • Customers
  • Pedi Pro United™ Members
  • Educators
  • Faculty
  • Other Industry Partners
  • Pedi Pro United™ representatives
  • The professional community

Serious misconduct, fraudulent activity, harassment, intentionally misleading information, or conduct that may significantly harm the professional integrity of the Pedi Pro United™ platform may result in suspension or removal.

Product Approval

Approval as a Pedi Pro United™ Industry Partner does not automatically approve every product offered by the company. Pedi Pro United™ may review products individually before they are featured in the Pedi Pro United™ Advanced Pedicure Shop. Products may be approved, declined, or returned for additional information or revisions.

Product Availability

Industry Partners are responsible for keeping featured product availability reasonably current. If a product is discontinued, unavailable for an extended period, significantly changed, or recalled, the company should notify Pedi Pro United™ promptly.

Shopping Destination

Industry Partners must maintain a functional website or approved online shopping destination where customers can complete purchases directly with the company.

Whenever possible, Pedi Pro United™ encourages partners to provide a dedicated landing page or collection page for customers referred from the Pedi Pro United™ Advanced Pedicure Shop.

Pricing & Promotions

Industry Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing on their own website. Any discount, promotion, or Pedi Pro United™ Member benefit submitted for publication must be honored for the stated promotional period. Pedi Pro United™ should be notified if an offer changes or expires.

Compliance

Industry Partners are responsible for complying with applicable business, advertising, product, ecommerce, tax, shipping, privacy, and consumer protection requirements related to their operations. Participation in Pedi Pro United™ does not replace any legal or regulatory responsibility of the participating company.

Monthly Industry Partner Participation

Approved Industry Partners participate through a recurring monthly platform fee. The monthly fee supports the company's ongoing presence within the Pedi Pro United™ platform and may include approved brand and product visibility within the Pedi Pro United™ Advanced Pedicure Shop.

Industry Partners keep 100% of the revenue from purchases completed through their own website. Participation does not guarantee a specific number of sales, customers, leads, website visits, or revenue.

Ongoing Review

Industry Partner approval is not necessarily permanent. Pedi Pro United™ may periodically review participating brands and products to ensure they continue to align with platform standards. Pedi Pro United™ may request updates, corrections, or additional information when necessary. Participation may be suspended or discontinued when a company or product no longer meets Pedi Pro United™ standards.

Before You Apply

By submitting an Industry Partner Application, you confirm that you have reviewed these standards and are willing to maintain them throughout your participation.

Pedi Pro United™ reserves the right to approve or decline Industry Partner applications based on brand relevance, product suitability, professional standards, platform needs, and overall alignment with the Pedi Pro United™ community.
