User Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 2026

Welcome to Pedi Pro United™. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pedi Pro United website, educational platform, membership offerings, events, applications, resources, and related services.
By accessing this website, submitting an application, registering for an event, purchasing a product or service, or participating in a Pedi Pro United program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Pedi Pro United™
Pedi Pro United™ is a professional education and industry resource platform designed to support professionals working within advanced pedicure, foot care, nail care, wellness, and related industries.
Pedi Pro United provides access to education, professional resources, industry connections, educators, hands-on learning opportunities, events, and Industry Partners.

Pedi Pro United is not a medical practice and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.

2. Professional Responsibility and Scope of Practice
Educational information provided through Pedi Pro United is intended for professional education and general informational purposes.

Users are responsible for understanding and following the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, professional standards, and scope-of-practice rules that apply in their individual state, country, profession, or jurisdiction.

Participation in a Pedi Pro United course, event, membership, or educational program does not expand a participant's legal scope of practice.

Pedi Pro United does not authorize participants to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or perform services outside of their legally permitted professional scope.

3. Educational Content
Pedi Pro United may feature education created or presented by independent educators, professionals, companies, healthcare professionals, and other industry contributors.

Individual educators are responsible for the accuracy and presentation of their own educational material.
Acceptance of an educator or course onto the Pedi Pro United platform does not constitute an endorsement of every statement, technique, product, service, or professional opinion presented.
Educational information should not replace applicable professional training, manufacturer instructions, medical guidance, licensing requirements, or applicable laws.

4. Certificates and Educational Recognition
Unless specifically stated otherwise, courses offered through Pedi Pro United provide educational participation or completion recognition only.

Certificates of completion are not professional licenses, government-issued credentials, medical certifications, or authorization to practice outside of a participant's existing professional scope.
Participants are responsible for determining whether a course satisfies any continuing education or professional-development requirements applicable to them.

5. Membership
Pedi Pro United may offer paid or complimentary membership programs.

Membership pricing, benefits, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and included services will be disclosed before enrollment.

Membership benefits may change as the platform develops. Pedi Pro United may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the platform.
Joining a waitlist or submitting an interest form does not create a paid membership or guarantee future acceptance, pricing, benefits, or availability.

6. Payments and Billing
Prices for memberships, courses, events, applications, listings, or other services will be displayed at the time of purchase or enrollment.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount disclosed during checkout.

For recurring services, customers are responsible for reviewing the billing terms presented before enrollment.

Failure to cancel a recurring service before the next billing date may result in the next scheduled charge being processed.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific course, membership, event, educator program, Industry Partner program, or service purchased.

Any specific refund or cancellation terms displayed during registration or checkout become part of these Terms.

Event registrations may also be subject to separate event-specific policies disclosed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, digital educational materials that have been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or substantially delivered may be non-refundable.

8. Educators
Educators participating on the Pedi Pro United platform may be required to complete an application and agree to additional Educator Standards, participation requirements, or separate agreements.

Pedi Pro United reserves the right to review educational content for alignment with platform standards, professional responsibility, safety, and appropriate scope-of-practice language.

Approval as a Pedi Pro United educator does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the educator and Pedi Pro United.

9. Industry Partners
Companies participating as Pedi Pro United Industry Partners may be subject to separate application requirements, platform fees, standards, or participation agreements.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Industry Partners operate independently from Pedi Pro United.
Industry Partners are responsible for their own products, pricing, transactions, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, warranties, refunds, regulatory compliance, and product claims.

Listing or featuring a company on Pedi Pro United does not make Pedi Pro United the manufacturer, distributor, seller, or guarantor of that company's products or services.

10. Third-Party Products and Services
Pedi Pro United may provide links, recommendations, educational references, or access to third-party websites, products, educators, companies, services, or resources.

Pedi Pro United is not responsible for the operation, content, privacy practices, policies, products, services, transactions, or representations of independent third parties.

Users should review the applicable terms and policies of third-party providers before making purchases or providing personal information.

11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Pedi Pro United™ name, branding, website content, written materials, graphics, original resources, logos, platform materials, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Pedi Pro United.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, copy, record, upload, share, or commercially exploit protected Pedi Pro United materials without written permission.

Course materials created by independent educators may remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

Purchasing or accessing educational content grants the participant a limited personal-use right to access the material. It does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

12. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the Pedi Pro United website or platform to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Misrepresent professional credentials, education, licensing, or qualifications.

Copy, distribute, resell, or share protected educational content without authorization.

13. Account Responsibility
Users who create an account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Account access is intended for the registered user unless otherwise expressly permitted.

Pedi Pro United may restrict or terminate access when there is evidence of account sharing, misuse, fraud, unauthorized distribution of content, violation of platform standards, or violation of these Terms.

14. Website Availability
Pedi Pro United may periodically update, modify, suspend, or temporarily interrupt portions of the website or platform for maintenance, improvements, technical issues, security, or operational reasons.
